Winn Associates Property Management manages property in Littleton, Bethlehem, Lisbon, Lancaster, Whitefield and the Woodsville area. We have modern and contemporary 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, as well as some with old-fashioned country charm.   We also often have single-family homes and condos for rent/lease. Appropriate maintenance/repairs are maintained by Owner/Landlord. Tenants are required to furnish references, proof of ability to maintain rental unit, pay rent when due and cooperate fully with other tenants and landlord/manager.

 

Most of our landlords require a one-year lease, the first months rent, and an equal amount for a security deposit. Please see our Rental Round-Up below for a current listing of availabale rental units.
